Conditions of delivery
www.piethein-designshop.dk has a two-year right of complaint as stipulated in the purchasing act, comprising defects arising from normal use of the item. Right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear that has arisen directly or indirectly as a result of incorrect use, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized measures. Complaints concerning faults or defects must be made to www.piethein-designshop.dk within reasonable time after the fault or defect has been discovered or ought to have been discovered.

Return of goods is also to this address – please note that we do not accept packets or parcels sent COD. Dispatches can be dealt with more quickly if full information is provided with the packet or parcel – for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number to which repayment can be made, a copying of eventual previous correspondence, etc.
In the case of agreed deductions, returned goods or pre-paid goods that are cancelled before being dispatched, there will be a total or partial repayment of the purchase price. Repayment is normally always via bank transfer, so www.piethein-designshop.dk will require information about your bank registration number and account number.
